Patrick Veroneau will lead us through The COACHED Method™ which is based on research involving employee engagement, emotional intelligence and social influence. Through the collaboration of these three areas of research, The COACHED Method™ focuses on seven skill sets that managers and leaders can easily remember and apply when creating an engaged, empowered and motivated workforce. As an anchor, participants are reminded to continually ask themselves, "Have I COACHED today?" This exercise helps to insure that this new training becomes a durable habit for the participants.

About Our Presenter:
Patrick Veroneau established Emery Leadership Group in 2008 with the mission of helping individuals, corporation and healthcare organizations tap into the great potential inside themselves. Patrick is accredited to deliver a variety of effective assessments for individual and group development.
He is certified as an iPEC professional coach and to conduct Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessments and training. He is trained in Motivational Interviewing and in the Principles of Persuasion. He has held various sales, management and training roles for both national and international organizations. He lives in Maine with his wife and 3 children.
