Using the strengths/genius frameworks of StrengthsFinder and Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius, this workshop walks participants through the theory and application of using your team members' innate strengths and work habits to turbo-charge project planning and execution. Participants will gain templates to use with their team members and a game plan for transforming their approach to understanding and accomplishing their goals.
This workshop will cover both how to do this with the team you're currently on, as well as how to facilitate project planning for other teams in your organization.
