During this session, we’ll explore the importance of crafting a strategic action plan for your organization which fosters organizational growth. Action planning, as we’re aware, is a complex and time-consuming endeavor. We will explore the simplified process I have used with my team at Girl Scouts of Maine and with the Maine ATD Board to nurture organizational development and success. Together we will come up with actionable ways for you to integrate this approach for your own organization.
About the Presenter
Suzanne Hand is Senior Vice President of Mission Delivery for Girl Scouts of Maine where she spearheads the creation and execution of strategic initiatives across various domains including membership, adult learning, programming, volunteer support and customer care. She presently serves as VP of Finance for the ATD Maine Chapter.
As a Girl Scouts of the USA Certified Instructor of Trainers and a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA), Suzanne is deeply committed to lifelong learning and sharing her passion for education and facilitation with others.
