Join us for an engaging workshop, as Anna-Lena Kress shares insight and tools to help us engage with staff at our organizations. In "The Employee as Customer: Revolutionizing Learning and Development through the Customer Education Lens," she shares insights on how to apply customer-centric strategies to create more impactful L&D programs that truly resonate with employees.


About the Presenter:

Anna-Lena Kress: Anna-Lena Kress is a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) professional with years of experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences in classroom, hybrid, and online settings. She transitioned into customer education, where she recently launched a successful customer-facing academy at her employer, quantilope, and built a comprehensive customer education program.  Drawing from this experience, Anna-Lena believes that the principles of engagement, personalization, and value creation central to customer education can revolutionize L&D.
