Are you avoiding conversations that could lead to better relationships and more peace of mind?

This workshop is for anyone who wants easier, more effective relationships with people who matter in their lives. Dialogue is a powerful conversation to create clarity, solutions and focused action!

Participants will learn:

• Dialogue as a communication technique that will help them to listen, ask questions, and find peaceful solutions. 
• Strategies to manage emotions and create safety so that even "difficult" subjects can be addressed.

Presenter

Fran Mardjetko is Organizational Development & Training Manager at Maine Drilling & Blasting.  She is a Communication and Leadership Coach, supporting teams by helping them to build productive relationships through strong communication skills.  Fran’s coaching and teamwork programs help people to thrive in a culture of respectful communication, personal accountability, and emotional wellness. Fran specializes in leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution, and earned her Dialogue certification through the elite Development Program at the Option Institute.
