If we’ve learned anything in the last few years, it’s that change will always keep coming, and is almost entirely unpredictable. More and more, leaders are turning to Agile delivery teams and Lean systems to de-risk their development, increase the flow of value incrementally, and keep up with rapidly changing demands. While applying Agile within an IT context is by no means a new concept, many organizations’ strategies are evolving to incorporate and rely on Agile-Lean principles. Because teams within Agile organizations need to adopt new skill sets, talent recruitment, development and retention are changing rapidly too. In learning the ways of Agile delivery, attendees will consider ways to apply Agile values and principals to their own work.
