In a world where the only constant is change, "Coaching Strategies for Future Ready Talent" invites Learning and development professionals to explore transformative coaching strategies that propel talent into the future with resilience and adaptability. This session uncovers the pivotal role that coaching can provide in developing employees, improving communications, building relationships, reaching goals, and improving engagement where the workforce is changing and evolving, with remote work, hybrid work, and employee well-being being front of mind. Join us for discussions and interactive activities designed to equip you with actionable insights and tools to mold future-ready talent as we learn how to make a difference in our learning spaces. We want our teams not just to get by but to shine in this wild world of ever-changing skills.

This session will be conducted virtually, as our presenter will be joining us from Massachusetts.  We are eagerly preparing for live events and can't wait to reunite with everyone in person soon.
