We're starting the year with an engaging panel discussion featuring subject matter experts in artificial intelligence, digital literacy, data analytics, and the crucial emotional intelligence skills required to thrive in this evolving landscape. Be part of this exciting kickoff event!

Is artificial intelligence already changing the nature of work in organizations across Maine?
How must we adapt our strategies to help staff across generations think critically with and about new technologies?
Why is telling stories with data becoming so important within the talent development field?
What strategies should we be employing to help our teams calmly and confidently navigate seemingly constant disruption and change?

Bring your curiosity and your questions as we kick off a season that will help orient and prepare you for the changing landscapes of the future of work and talent development.

While our initial session will be conducted virtually, we are eagerly preparing for live events and can't wait to reunite with everyone in person soon.

About the Panel Moderator:

Kathleen Kerr, a member of ATD Maine since 2019, has been a facilitator for over 30 years with the last 13 years dedicated to the Learning and development space. She's the VP of Programs for ATD Maine and has experience in program development, instructional design, and coaching.
