About Our Presenter:
Bill Maxwell, from the Portland, Maine area, helps professionals lift performance. Always honoring participants with an engaging style, he plays three professional roles. He is the Principal of Bill Maxwell and Associates; he is a Senior Training Specialist & Adjunct Professor teaching Interpersonal Behavior in Organizations at the University of Southern Maine; and he is also a Leadership & Change Instructor with SCILs Management Training Center in Helsinki, Finland.
Bill has presented nationally and internationally on a variety of communication and leadership topics, including Leadership & Change; Your Stories, Your Leadership; The DRS Cure for Professional Stress; and Working With “Bad Apples”: A Leader’s Guide to Detoxifying Your Workplace. He has worked with many organizations – including Vacon, Amdocs, Medical Mutual of Maine, Key Bank of Maine, Genesys Software, New England Payroll Association, Maine Municipal Association, various State of Maine agencies, and Riley Medical. Bill holds a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership.
