How can living in the moment improve overall wellbeing?
Join us as we explore mindfulness as a practice that can boost our health and wellness. In this presentation, psychologist Ann Christie will help us to hone in on specific ways we can use mindfulness tools to improve our social connections, productivity, and work performance. We'll discuss the implications of how we think on how we present to others and perform our responsibilities at work and home. In this stressful time, the tips and insight Ann will share with us are more important than ever.

Ann Christie
As the VP of Events, Ann is responsible for coordinating registrations for ATD events. Additionally, she communicates with the venue to provide for the needs of the presenters.
Professionally, Ann is a licensed psychologist working full time for the Portland Public School Department in addition to running a small private practice in Portland. She has been practicing psychology for over 20 years and working in the schools for over 10. Ann enjoys teaching and providing professional development on topics including perspective taking, collaborative problem solving and communicating successfully.
