The fact is: organizations hire, do business with and refer business to people they know, like, and trust.

 

PROGRAM

The Power of Protocol supports everyday behaviors and performance for individuals at all levels within organizations who strive to better compete, lead, advance. This session presentation starts from the first handshake and addresses key issues pertaining to Professional Presence and the all-important “First Impression.”

Learning Goals:

• Gain confidence knowing that everything said and done is correct and within acceptable boundaries governing our highly competitive global business climate.
• Learn non-technical strategies and walk away equipped with tools necessary to present with confidence and authority in every situation.
• As International business competition is the rule today, be prepared to do business abroad, as well as confidently receive international visitors/colleagues. A review of key cultural distinctions will be highlighted - helping ignite successful cross-cultural relationships from the first handshake!
  

 

OUR PRESENTER

Judith  Bowman

Judith Bowman is the president & founder of Protocol Consultants International whose mission is to help present and Next Generation leaders know How to Stand Apart to better compete, lead, advance. She is Founder and Executive Director of the National Civility Foundation. Judith launched Protocol Consultants International in 1993 after a successful career in sales and marketing of intangibles. A graduate of Boston College, Ms. Bowman has pursued studies in Effective Business Communication at Harvard University.
