Undiscussables are the things we think and feel but do not feel safe saying. Perhaps we are afraid of... retribution, feeling our ideas or comments are unwelcome, or distrustful of our team.
The focus of this interactive workshop is to introduce an overview of SMART Conversations and dive into the links and bridges between our Trigger Styles and Undiscussables. Difficult-to-hold conversations sidetrack teams and work results. Our aim is to mitigate the creation of undiscussables, provide the tools to address and resolve them, and sustain a great culture of authentic relationships.
