PROGRAM

Research says workers spend an average of 1.7 hours per day doing nothing. It’s time to do better.

This facilitated interactive presentation is designed to improve time management skills and help coach time management skills in others. During the session, participants will have the opportunity to develop a personal action plan to apply right away!

Learning Goals:

• Maintain focus on the time and expertise of yourself and others.
• Improve your ability to avoid and manage distractions.
• Apply the six principles of time management.
• Identify and concentrate your efforts on MVP activities.

 

OUR PRESENTER

Bo Balcavage

Bo Balcavage, is the President of Lead Forward, LLC, a Crestcom Franchise serving Maine’s business leaders. Bo was privileged to contribute thirty-plus years of military service as an Army Infantryman, forging diverse groups of US and multi-national servicemen and women into winning teams to confront challenges from international threats to US stability. He culminated his service as Chief of Staff of the US Army War College, at the rank of Colonel. Bo earned a BS from West Point, MSA from Central Michigan University, and MS in Strategic Studies from The US Army War College.
