To lead us in understanding Performance Consulting Basics, Mary Atwood and Donelle Caselden will be facilitating an interactive workshop!
Performance Consulting provides tools and perspectives to promote desired performance and change or correct undesired performance.
This workshop will provide attendees with:
Mary Atwood, a 19-year veteran of Unum, has been responsible for leading a variety of performance-based disciplines. One of the first Performance Consultants at Unum, Mary has been an advocate for solving persistent business issues through a performance-based lens. She has a proven track record of helping operational leaders recognize that training may only be part of a solution (or not at all!) and that if we want consistently improved performance, we must look at the contributing influencers systemically.
Donelle Caselden is a Director of Operational Effectiveness for Unum. She has over 26 years of experience specializing in consultation, whole systems thinking, organizational development practices, strategic visioning/planning, program management, organizational culture and transformational change. Donelle is well known as a courageous strategic thought partner able to challenge leaders to create bold organizational goals and then help them co-develop the strategy, structure and a systems-wide view to successfully execute and elevate organizational performance.
