PROGRAM

Applying agile concepts to training design and development can be a struggle for trainers who have their feet firmly planted in ADDIE and traditional project management. Sue will use a case study to demonstrate how you can begin to use some simple Scrum techniques to better plan and manage your training projects. These practical tips are applicable to consultants and internal trainers alike who want to start to build or expand their skills in using an iterative process for evaluating, designing, and delivering. You will also learn how to be more transparent with your customers and how to size your work into 2-week sprints.
