PROGRAM

How would you describe your ultimate team experience? Maybe you would use words like “stimulating”, “high-powered”, “in the zone!”. Perhaps you felt like your team was functioning in a new dimension beyond the boundaries of space and time - what Mihaly Csikszentmihaly called “Flow”. At the foundation of these kinds of team experiences is trust.

Deep trust is the underlying premise of the successful improviser as well. You may think talent is essential in improvisation - it is not. Honesty, vulnerability, hard work and curiosity are actually much more important, and those qualities are essential too in building trust for working teams.

“Saying Yes!” is an opportunity for you to actively explore the many intersections between improvisation and real life. Participants come away with intriguing tools to try, a renewed sense of their own innovative potential, and deeper trust in their ability to think on their feet.
