PROGRAM
You want more A-List Talent…just like all of your competitors.
If your organization depends on its ability to attract the best-of-the-best in hard-to-fill positions in ultra-competitive professions, you know how mission critical it is to:
- Deliver a work experience that A-List Talent hungers for.
- Communicate this to the labor market in a way that differentiates you from your competitors, and acts as a big Talent Magnet… pulling the “best of the best” to you.
In this program, we will explore both facets of becoming a Talent Magnet: first, making sure you are one, and then, second, doing a better job telling the world just what an amazing employer you are.
We will explore:
- What A-List Talent wants most in a work experience.
- What your organization might unknowingly be doing to drive your A-Lister out the door.
- How to discover if you are delivering the kind of work experience YOUR A-List Talent wants. (Hint: You won’t find this out from your engagement survey).
- How to do a MUCH better job at communicating your Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand, so you stand out from all the other employers fighting for the best-of-the-best.

He is an internationally recognized authority on organizational and managerial practices that optimize employee performance.
David is the author of Powerful Storytelling Techniques, Managing Employee Stress and Safety, and nearly 100 articles and book chapters on employee and organizational performance that have been published in North America, Europe, India, Australia, and China. In addition to his own work with both high performing and struggling organizations, David Lee draws from a broad range of disciplines, including neuroscience, stress research, accelerated learning, organizational development, evolutionary psychology, anthropology, and peak performance technologies. Much of his work involves synthesizing scientific research on human nature and then translating these principles into practical strategies for optimizing individual and organizational performance.
Taking this research, which typically doesn’t find its way into the business world, David translates these principles of human nature into leadership and managerial practices that optimize employee performance.
Using the popular TV show The Dog Whisperer as an analogy for the difference understanding human nature makes, David’s work helps leaders and managers become Employee Whisperers.
