This program is for leaders who want productive communication and easier, more effective partnerships with coworkers, staff, clients and upper-management. After this workship, participants will have the ability to transform "difficult" conversations into empowered, comfortable conversations by:

Understanding a unique perspective of fear, and how we stop ourselves from accomplishing things that we most want to do
Realizing how fear-based beliefs limit us from having authentic relationships
Exploring a real-life workplace communication challenge, and creating a focused action plan for resolution
Using practical tools to stop scaring ourselves... tools to inspire conversations that will lead to more success and peace of mind!

About Our Presenter:

Fran Liautaud is a Communication and Leadership Coach, supporting business leaders and teams by helping them to build productive relationships through strong communications skills. As an Option Institute certified Dialogue Coach, Fran teaches the tools that build self-confidence, leadership, and bridges of communication, relationships, and peace in the workplace. As a native of Chicago, Fran held senior management positions in the advertising, film and live event industries. Fran has led teams and projects in the past 25 years for numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as McDonald's, United Airlines, Fisher-Price and Anheuser-Busch.
