David Lee is the founder of HumanNature@Work and is an internationally recognized thought leader on organizational and managerial practices that optimize employee performance. David is the author of Managing Employee Stress and Safety, as well as over sixty articles and book chapters on optimizing employee performance, that have been published in trade journals and books in North America, Europe, India, Australia, and China.
He has worked in the healthcare field as a clinician, supervisor, and trainer, and in the corporate world as a manager and trainer in the field of customer service. He has used and taught story telling for over 20 years.
