PROGRAM
As a learning and development professional, you work with a variety of personalities within a large mix of disciplines, so you understand that to be successful in your job, it is crucial for you to build effective work relationships.
In this fast-paced and highly-interactive session, you will learn how to analyze your own personality and behavioral preferences, so that you can better work with others and better handle conflict as it inevitably arises.
Katie will encourage you to think about your own personal work environment and share examples and your current challenges.
There will be group discussion, table discussions and report outs, together with some self-reflection and action planning.
You will leave the program with ideas that you can immediately apply back on the job.
Please join us and set yourself up for success by learning how to build more effective work relationships.
