The presenters have recently completed a complex undertaking, introducing a blended learning solution for their Teller and CSR programs. They are going to share their experience and lessons learned from the project. They will discuss what Blended Learning is and how to introduce it to an organization.
Dawn Cote, Jill Boonstra, and Joanne Dufault work together at TD University, the Learning and Development group at TD Bank. They are part of a team responsible for designing and developing training programs. Dawn, Jill and Joanne have 40 combined years experience in the Training and Development field.
